Penalty Waiver allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a refund.

The Penalty Waiver is designed to protect the customer in the event they need to cancel their vacation. The penalty waiver enables the customer to cancel for any reason, prior to your anticipated arrival date and time at your hotel, without penalty. After proper notification to the vacation provider, a full refund will be provided less the cost of the Penalty Waiver.

How to Purchase:

• The optional Penalty Waiver must be added to the reservation prior to payment. Payment for the Penalty Waiver must be made with deposit.
• The cost of the Penalty Waiver is non-refundable and non-transferable.

What is covered under the Penalty Waiver:

• Any penalties associated with a hotel only package.

What is not covered:

• No shows or passengers denied boarding who have the Penalty Waiver will not be covered under the Penalty Waiver. You must call your travel agent or vacation providers’ reservation center (phone number provided on documents) to cancel in order to request a refund less the cost of the Penalty Waiver.
• If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate.
• Certain scheduled air penalties.

How the package is refunded:
